Offerings Just For Women

Courses and workshops offered at Wild Heart Farm or another wild, nature location. Programs include, Cultivating Intuition, How To Lead With Love, Energy 101, and The Healing Journey From Cancer. Our programs incorporate a variety of healing arts and tools, including art journaling, sacred sound, connection with nature and animals, and horse wisdom.

Energy Alignment Sessions

I would love to help guide you to greater clarity, joy, and happiness in your own life. I guide mostly through focusing on energy alignment.

You are energy. I am energy. Everything around us is made up of energy.

We take in the world around us with our physical senses, but there is a part of us that is not physical. And this nonphysical part of us is the most powerful part of who we are.

I guide you toward connecting with, and truly FEELING, this truest and deepest part of yourself, the YOU that you may have forgotten since you've been on this life journey. When you are connecting in this way, greater clarity comes to you and new possibilities open up in all areas of your life.

I learned this first-hand through my experience with cancer 15 years ago. My cancer diagnosis, treatment, and healing created a huge shift in my life and through this experience, I came to understand the mind-body connection, energy alignment, and non-traditional healing practices.

The type of work I do with women includes:

Empowerment sessions for women seeking more self awareness, alignment and personal power within their relationships and work. These sessions focus on guiding you to clarify what you desire, and tools for becoming more aware of the patterns in your life and how they can be modified to have more satisfaction and happiness.
Cancer coaching for women dealing with a cancer diagnosis and in various stages of healing and recovery.

Online Courses

Sacred Symbols Art Journaling and Magic Mornings are the online courses offered throughout the year. Each course lasts 5 days, and during this time you receive daily course explorations and assignments.

A bit more of my "story"

I enjoy my work in Institutional Research and Effectiveness (I like to say "data nerd," turning college and student data into stories) at a small, liberal arts college in the charming town of Newberry, South Carolina. I also work with freshman college students and teach College and Career Success courses.

My life changed significantly and became forever an exercise in discovering more Love and well being when I was diagnosed with breast cancer at 34.

My journey took me through traditional medical treatments of surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation and also more non-traditional methods of Integrative Medicine such as yoga, meditation, massage therapy, nutritional therapy, and art therapy. It was during this journey that I re-discovered my Self.

I really enjoy working with horses and people together to grow in self understanding and life skills. I completed training and certification through EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association) as an Equine Specialist in 2009 and have worked with people and horses for mental health and wellness, personal growth and learning. I've also attended seminars and courses with Parelli Natural Horsemanship to grow in understanding the nature of horses and the varied and rich interactions between humans and horses. I attended Kathy Pike's Academy for Coaching With Horses in Colorado through Level 2 Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching in 2016.

I'm trained in Montessori elementary education and dearly loved being an elementary teacher for many years. Children contain pure, positive energy...much like horses!
