The Emotion Workshop
Ask yourself, “How am I feeling?”
Such a simple question! But, not so easy to answer for most of us humans.
But, how amazing is it that we have the ability to feel — to connect with the sensations moving through our bodies and really feel our emotions.
Our emotions are a fundamental part of being human.
But, we have a long way to go toward really embracing them and feeling our way toward a healthier practice of being with them in our daily lives.
In this workshop, we will create a space to explore processes we can put into practice to connect deeply with ourselves and allow our emotions to be an intentional part of our lives.
Emotions come in to play in all that we do —
Work. Personal and family relationships.. Our ability to feel empowered and dream our dreams into reality.
Emotions are information — some emotions are more comfortable than others, but in my experience it doesn’t serve us to label some as “bad” or “negative.” It never serves us to suppress emotions. The only healthy way is through them.
We can learn to allow them to be felt and let the energy move through us.
It’s healthy to feel emotion, and it’s healthy to do so in every environment and life situation to which we bring our humanity. Which is everywhere!

During this workshop, we will explore processes to tune in to our emotions. We will explore how to take those more uncomfortable, difficult emotions and work with the energy to process it and move it on through, and explore the message held there.
