Summer program just for girls!

For farm-girls-at-heart ages 6-9

Life can be so busy and summer is the perfect time to lean into a different, slower pace.
This program invites girls to do just that! We inspire participants to their natural inclinations of creativity and joy. We encourage kindness - to each other and to all the animals and plants around us on the farm.

We’ll make farm girl reflection journals, arrange flowers, hang out with the horses, and wear our aprons and shilly-shallies (all purpose bandanas!) as we enjoy summer time and the feeling of freedom on the farm.

Most importantly, we value each child’s unique expression in this world and want her to feel that value.
There are no hard and fast schedules here. No screens or phones here.

Activities include:

• Basic horse care and grooming essentials

• Horse activities on the ground (not riding) designed to build self-awareness and confidence

• Painting on canvas

• Creation of “Farm Girl” journals

• Journal reflection time (writing and/or art)

• Camp fire cooking basics
