What is Mountain Spring Farm?
Mountain Spring Farm comes from a dream of creating a place for people to grow by simply being with God. When we cultivate our spiritual formation, we discover our true selves and life-giving love that is present for us.
“I love creating sacred space for people, and all life on the farm really, to feel the beauty and power that is the essence of who they are.”
- Julie
Our modern world tells us to think logically, push ourselves, take control of situations, complete goals … and those things aren’t BAD, but if they are done with a heart disconnected from God, without connection to the Holy Spirit, then the outcomes are miniscule compared to what is possible.
You can learn to connect to the wholeness of who you are and listen to your body, let your connection to the divine guide you, and move in the world with inspired action.
The more we nurture and live from the deepest part of our selves, the spiritual beings that we truly are, the more we will simply take action from this inspired and easy-flowing place of connection.

What if we could allow a connection to the deepest and truest part of ourselves, a connection to God, to flow throughout the day, guide us in our actions, and be the emphasis of our thoughts?
Women are the keepers of the light of inspired action over “get-it-done-no-matter-the-cost action.” We are the keepers of the energy of Spirit to share with the world. This workshop explores how to nurture this and bring more of this into our lives — both personal and professional.
